March’s New Moon in Pisces is in a way part of the riff which delivers the final note in the shift between the last 15-20 years into the next 15-20 years, other than Uranus’ April 25th ingress into Gemini, which completes the future’s arrangement. Because of the retrogrades of outer planets back into the signs they’ve been in for several years to a decade plus this past fall, which made 2025 and 2026 a two parter, I’ve been banging on about this shift for well over a year now, and thus been repeating a lot of the same phrasing as the same sensitive parts of the zodiac get repeatedly pinged. The most emphasized of this array is of course the end stretch of Pisces into the beginning stretch of Aries, with this New Moon in particular tolling the infinity bell which signals us to let it all go, right before new, much necessitated challenges dawn.

Once more: escapism is over. It’s time to wake up, become alert and calm, take the past 3—14 years lesson in chill-axing and apply it to an active rather than passive modality, as in, spring into action and strike when the iron is hot and when it is not, shut the fuck up and conserve you’re energy and don’t spill the beans on your big plans, it could only make things more complicated than they need to be. In the meanwhile, when you are not resting, challenge yourself with drills to sharpen your skills and build tactical rigor; get some game and don’t believe the hype. Only trust what you can see and sense first hand and it only matters if it effects you directly. We’re being pushed into unknown territory, so pioneering is par for the course and upgrades are unavoidable.

Everything you think is about to get reorganized, so there’s no point in drawing big conclusions right now. Incoherence is the overall dominant, so to be functionally coherent within that takes patience, humility and tact. Don’t be ruled by your impulses; initiating things brashly could easily catalyze unexpected obstacle courses to run in that you don’t have the energy for. Be decisive and selective. Major opportunity for profound fulfillment is surfacing and beginning to again flow. Keep your eyes peeled and protect your center.

Here’s a step by step breakdown of the moment’s particular foot pattern into future activity:

March 18th: New Moon at 28 Pisces: Final dissolve of past forms and swirrling down the drain of nostalgic over saturation and story wide overwhelm, basically plot-melt and narrative tension becoming unwound

March 20th: Vernal Equinox: Marks increase of yang over yin, brightening.

-Sun ingress Aries: Focus on initiating and direct action, lucidity of doing within the now.

-Mercury stations direct: conclusion of rethinking and correction proces amongst holistic sloppiness and unintended permeability.

March 21: Mars trine Jupiter: Poetic maneuvers and empathic tactics harmonized with coherence that opportunities to quench thirsts and become well resourced are emerging

March 22nd: Sun conjunct Neptune: Perception widening concerning autonomous expression and individual capabilities. Can be delusional, illusory, mystical, mythic, or archetypal, it’s up to you to discern and gage.

March 23rd: Mercury conjunct North Node: Compulsion to immerse in empathic, holistic or synesthetic logic, compelled into flow state logistics for better or for worse. Mental surfing and accelerated verbal free-styling.

-while Moon is conjunct Uranus: Need to change base line needs or revolutionize comfort, commodity and stability. The Moon obviously is not into such shfts of what is being relied upon but there’s a larger purpose. This probably relates to fundamental changes that needed to be made for up to eight years already and standards that have ceased to be even more or less safe some time ago.

March 25th: Sun conjunct Saturn: Seeing where we’re solidly capable and able to contend and where we fail to be acceptably effective as a matter of fact. We need to be better, simple as that. A focus on facing challenges. Some trial by fire thrown in. Stop sleeping on things.

April 9th: Mars ingress Aries: Here’s your “go time, like it or not”. So, don’t say you weren’t told.

The Picatrix calls this Mansion “Belly Of The Fish” with a talisman for “congregating fish in one place”, which is fitting in this moment with Jupiter just turned direct and ready to dish out some high level life-nourishment. The Chinese Xiu talks about re-connection of end to beginning, exemplified by the silk worm, weaving and the endless work of nature/reality patterning more to be manifest perpetually, so prosperousness and abundance. This is true, and good vibes to float on, but as alluded to above, its Aries-fuckin’’O’Clock now and no one is coming to save you. Yes there’s valuables bobbing about in the flotsam and jetsam but you got to get off your beach chair and rig up a raft and get out into the surf to retrieve any of it. All the possibilities are in orbit, but if you sleep through the celestial symphony you wake up devoid of experience.

Indeed, the Grimoirium Verum spirit is Huictigaras, who causes sleep or insomnia, so there’s a kind of Mae sure to get your rest so you can be awake and be active enough to get good sleep but not so overexerted that you can’t catch up and don’t doomscroll and wreck your potential for REM. I definitely wouldn’t say sleep with one eye open, but maybe crafty enough to tie some cans around the campsite so you are alerted to unintended visitations.

The Quimbanda syncretized Exu is Exu Maraba, meaning “Crossbread”, which highlights Pisces merging and mixing nature, and certainly babies will be thoroughly infused with bathwater here and vis versa, but also, you may be sourcing from everywhere at once while preparing to take a stab more selectively when the time for accuracy arrives. I imagine sacrifices will be made, but they could be considered charitable, and ultimately circulatory, as in what goes around comes around.

Of course, the Nakshatras are of more than one mind about if there’s 27 or 28 mansions, as in their used to be 28 and then there was 27 and the 28 system was used less for everyday delineations and reserved for spiritual concerns and in the switch the 28th Nakshatra got by most accounts reduced to four degrees and inserted into the 22nd Nakshatra.

I’ll leave it at essentially that, but point out that the re-connection, crossbreeding, weaving, folding and gathering up themes all track, as well as tension escaping the coil and unwinding at the end, which is essentially the spiraling boing that puts the sprung in Spring. Wow what happened there, damn thing slipped right off! We’ll have to wake up from the daydream of everything that happened up until now and react to that. If you don’t want Ground Hog’s Day, then it’s up to you.

KEY likely refers to the Keidogogia, the procession of the key bearers, where the female temple attendants led parades of the populace, wealthy patrons among them, towards the statuary of the gods (usually Zeus or Hekate) and unlocking the doors which shielded them from sight so people could bask in the visible divine presence and offer prayers and devotions. This is still enacted in Italy’s festas where Saints are paraded through the streets pinned with bank notes and installed in their venerational niche. As Pisces corresponds to the feet, procession, parade and pilgrimage all fit well here, and like any move from Pisces to Aries, the taking of steps is key to unlocking new light and life, so decisively allocate some energy to your musculature and mobilize your sacred progression.
